Woman Wanted For Stealing $450 In Groceries From Long Island Stop & Shop

An alert has been issued fro a wanted fugitive who allegedly stole hundreds of dollars worth of groceries from a Long Island supermarket.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct investigators released a photo of a woman who allegedly stole $450 worth of groceries from Stop & Shop in Farmingville.

According to police, at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4, the woman walked into Stop & Shop on North Ocean Avenue and walked out with a cart full of groceries without paying.

Anyone with information regarding the woman has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or submitting an anonymous tip to police online.
